Staff are rude. They could certainly benefit from a "customer service course". No manners and I would avoid going.

The post office in Westhill is in the co-op shop in the Westhill shopping complex. There are only two windows to be served at so when it is busy you can be waiting quite a while to be served, with the queue snaking down the middle of the shop getting in the way off all the other customers who are there to shop! Which is quite inconvenient and annoying.. The staff are not the fastest people in the world, though they are friendly and do get the job done. You can get your holiday money changed here, and all the other things you can do in all the other post offices, however it just might take you slightly longer in this one since it is so small! read more

The Post Office in Westhill is based in the local Cop store at Westhill Shopping Centre. There used to be a much larger postoffice years ago but it was closed down. It is a shame as I feel this post office is not big enough for the size of town. You very often have to queue for a long time to get served, it also misses the charm of a local post office as it is just a counter in a shop! The post office has three windows for service but unfortunately there is ofetn one or two of them closed. They offer all the usual post office services and the staff are always very helpful and friendly which makes up for having to queue for so long! Parking is easy and it is accessible for buggies and wheelchairs. read more
