Front desk wouldn't acknowledge me for over 10 minutes and once they did weren't friendly at all. Which is fine it's a tire shop but they seemed clueless and not willing to help. At first it was a slow leak and I had a mini compressor with me so wasn't too worried. By the time we made it to Sidney, it was bad and my compressor was smoking. Driving on gravel pushed the blade in more. We noticed a Les Schwab close to our hotel and went in early Monday without an appointment. AJ called shortly after to tell me it was patched and plugged and would last as long as the tire. AJ has a great attitude. I would buy tires there. We drove back to Seattle with no tire issues! Thanks, AJ!
