Gus answered and told me if I could make it there safely, which I could so we drove slowly to his shop. We included my spouse, 3 kids and dog. A little background info, we left California due to my job and that's why we are on the road to North Carolina. In all honesty, this quick, inexpensive and professional service would never happen in California. Thank you Guys and Team for the Service!

While driving across country with a deadline to get my mom back to her home and make my plane back to my home, the radiator hose broke out on I-40! This was about noon on a Sunday so we were stuck for a bit until the shop opened. Once we spoke with Aaron early Monday morning, they got right on the job, drove a significant distance to get the part and put it in place quickly, knowing our situation. In addition to that, Kelley came to the motel where we were staying to get the car keys, then again to bring the repaired car to us and handled the transaction right there in the lobby! Twenty-four hours after the breakdown we were on our way again. This level of service meant so much to us that day! Prompt, polite, affordable- they were great! Thanks!!!

I called the day before to make sure they had the tire size I needed, then I limped my car the 15 miles to the shop. When I arrived, I was told it would be an hour. No biggie, so I sat and waited for it. The front lady was super nice and personable, and the shop was small but very clean and organized. I was honestly terrified it was going to cost a fortune, but thankfully they are extremely reasonable on their pricing. I figured I would need a new tire (I was right), and the cost was very competitive. It took almost 2 hours in reality, but I was pretty happy with the experience. My one complaint was that the tire pressure wasn't checked on my car. I guess I'm spoiled with tire shops also making sure the other tires are in good condition. I had another tire that was about 4 pounds lower than it should be, but they didn't take care of it when it was in. I do understand they were busy, but I figured they would check. All in all, I'd visit them again for a new tire, especially for an emergency such as this.

After deciding that I needed to make my way from highway 81 to I40, I struck paydirt with Matts RV Sales service and parts. I've been with my husband for 31 years and had never met anyone who knows everything about their industry like my husband does, UNTIL MATT! Are you freaking kidding me? He knew exactly what was wrong and how to fix it before he even stepped near our rig. I am so impressed with his work ethic, customer service and kindness that we have decided on our way back, we will contact Matt and have him do the work on our rig that Leachs failed to do as well as create problems for us by not doing what they were paid to do. Do yourself a favor. Stop in and see Matt. You won't be disappointed. Whatever it is, he can fix it. Absolutely the best.
