I'm pactually a very good tipper and always tip well when I receive good service, but tips are optional and should reflect the quality of service received not be forced on customers. My mom comes here a few times a month for facial treatments for the last 4-5 years, and her skin is flawless. She comes back from skincare with her face glowing and fresh looking. I know only the best products and high quality service is used. For me, I have come for a few facials as well as removal of a few skin things (underlying acne bumps and small not too deep moles).
