Westbound liquor discriminates against rape victims. I told the elderly man that forced me to wear a mask in order to get service, I was exempt, and he questioned why,(he's not even supposed to ask, under the governors mandate) I felt humiliated even having to explain my personal and private experience to anyone. I told him under the mandate I didn't need to explain myself. That wasn't good enough for him, so I asked him if he had ever been a victim of rape, he replied no, like it was no big deal and laughed it off, and told me if i had a problem with it that he can refuse me service. He reminded me of my abuser. Him behaving like that makes him part of the problem. Men are the ones that rape women so why would he care, right? Him doing this is against the law, it's unconstitutional, and violates the civil rights laws of 1964 of discrimination. WAY TO GO WESTBOUND LIQUOR. I think I will file a discrimination suite with the supreme court, and see how they feel about it. This establishment is disgusting and should know the rules of the mandate before making me feel less than a person, now I sit here reliving every moment of my trauma. Hope you feel good about yourself, and as far as I'm concerned he may as well have been my abuser in that moment of time. A RAPE VICTIM CAN NEVER FORGET THE HUMILIATING TRAUMA, AND HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE THAT THEY HAVE HAD, ESPECIALLY WHEN IT'S BEEN WITH ME MY WHOLE LIFE.
