Not an effective placement agency. Went in once several years ago looking for a position and they at least were honest and said they had nothing for me at the time - this is a good example and positive thing, I appreciated their honesty and moved on. In 2014 their ability to keep in touch with candidates is not exemplary. It's limited at best and I'm not exactly sure how they are rated, or if anyone/a higher organization is rating them, because although you're on file you're surely not "kept in mind". read more

I cannot say enough great things about this office. I was devastated when I was laid off from my job of over ten years and had only had 2 job interviews in my entire life. They made the interview seem like a comfortable conversation. I was not made to feel nervous or intimidated. They gave me hope that I would find something. They called me as soon as a job I was qualified for opened up and I was sent on an interview the same day. The company only had a tentative opening that was down the road, but Westaff stayed on them until they opened up a new position and I was not forced to wait.
