If I was living in DC suburbs then they'd charge us $50k for the deck. I got the PVC Aztek material with metal posts. The guys did the job in 2 days. I was worried when I saw scuffs on my new deck the day after install, but Luke came to buff them out. With Aztek, you have to be very careful about scratching the deck with furniture so I've yet to put anything on my deck! We rarely eat out there anyways. We're not outdoorsy people.

The owners name is Claud, and he was really good about providing information and answering all our questions (We can be annoying as consumers because we tend to have 5 million questions, and Claud dealt with it really well). Also, we liked the fact that the company is locally owned, instead of a huge chain. They were also really helpful re thinking about creative options. All in all a solid job.
