I have been friends with the owner for 6 years. I was looking for a place to rent myself. I won't…read moremention names but, I found a place in Post Falls that was managed by a local Post Falls company. After I put money down they came up with all these fees! When I challenged that respectfully, they were extremely rude and the answer they gave me was unethical. I canceled the deal and called my friend, the owner of Housing Quarters to see if they had anything available. They didn't but I told them what happened and it just turns out they were looking to hire. I work here now and we are consistently helping people that are trying to get away from people like that! We have integrity, do what we say, actually answer the phone and get back to you! We offer a similar rate than the competition, and blow away anything I've seen out there. We are are a one stop shop and do not have to contract out for our owners and landlords. We solve problems and allow our Owners to have their personal time multiplied. As far as our tenants, we take care of them and care about each call that comes in and they are handled in a timely fashion. Too good to be true? Jennifer, the owner is not upfront or honest about fees charged for running credit for rental…read moreproperties. There is a separate fee she tries to justify for married applicants; which is unheard of. She charged us fees without responding to emails for days. I find this businesses practices deceitful and home owners looking for property management should avoid this business if they're looking for actual tenants. I've disputed my charges and hope Jennifer refunds us money she owes us back for not being upfront and honest.
