Absolutely horrible! If you love your rent going up every single year $50-$100 every year then sure this is the place for you! But, your car being vandalized with eggs, no parking, no new carpet after multiple complaints when the carpet looks horrible. My husband actually stepped on the tac strip and it went through his foot, but still they do not fix this. Instead the comment we receive from maintenance was, "you should have seen it when the last resident lived here." Always sketchy vehicles riding around at night and stopping an starring when you are outside, obviously parking tags would help this probably with towing if they don't live there! Towing companies cannot tow if they do not know what the residents vehicles look like Myself and multiple other residents are very disappointed with this place and are trying to move out but we are told to pay $1200 within 24 hours to move, the other residents are always told different amounts. Corporate has done nothing to help these problems and do not seem to concerned and are not being too easily going with the fact we want to leave due to the problems. read more
