Useless if you have a Tesla. Broke down and they could not get me a tow because their garages refuse to tow teslas

On Sunday 10/9/22 I requested a tow from my home to the Wexford Cochran VW Dealership. The operator arrived promptly, and I asked him to asses the situation. The car was the garage at the bottom of an "L shaped" driveway. Also, we have an extremely large pine tree on one side with multiple limbs across the driveway. He promptly brought out a "jump pack," attached it to the battery, and I was able to drive the car out of the garage and into the street. He then drove the car onto the flat bed, fastened it, and informed me that he would utilize the drop box at the dealership (I was prepared to follow him and do that). My only regret is that I did not get his name. Please let him know how much I appreciated his abilities and his professionalism. the car is back home with a new alternator. I've been waiting for about 45 minutes --so far. I have a simple problem. There are 8 people waiting and three agents. There are more security guards than active agents. So far three customers have given up and left. Twice I saw an agent finish with a customer and then check her phone for several minutes. Those are just facts, not opinions. read more
