Dr Moe performed the surgery successfully, was very consistent with follow up calls, addressed our concerns & everyone was too-shelf great. The kidney mass weighed about 1lb & took up 3/4 of her abdomen.(she is only an 8 lb cat) . Recovery was great & after 2 weeks was back to her feisty self. Sofia kept me involved in all her lessons and sent progress videos and even included my other pup in her training. I have a 7 year old Jack Russell mix. From the beginning of training all the way to her last day and even after, Sofia exceeded my expectations and she fully off leash trained my baby girl and more. I used to be so afraid to let her run with Oreo and she gave me so much more than a trained dog. She gave me PEACE OF MIND. With 2 children and 2 dogs in an apartment, it can be quite over but since Violets return I have been able to take all of us outside to play as a family. We brought our dog to K9 Resort and she contracted kennel cough, which quickly progressed to…read morepneumonia. We have now spent over two thousand dollars in emergency veterinary care and the situation has been stressful and heartbreaking. At no point were we informed of any kennel cough exposure at the facility. We had another stay booked at one hundred nine dollars per night for a weekend trip. Given that our dog is now sick and contagious, we simply requested a refund. The initial response was a flat refusal, even after everything we had been through. The lack of empathy was shocking. Only after pushing back did the manager call to say they would issue the refund, but then told us this would be "the end of our relationship." In other words, we were banned for expecting basic decency. This was an awful customer experience from start to finish. No compassion, no accountability, and prices that do not match the level of care. I would never recommend this facility to any pet owner. Our dog deserved better and so did we.

My 18 year old dog had to be put down, and the whole process was made infinitely worse by the cold and distant attitude of the veterinarian Dr. Dew. When we arrived, my dog was peacefully sleeping, but the doctor chose to wake him up, which felt unnecessarily harsh, almost as if to confirm we weren't lying about his condition. From that moment on, he was in agony, moaning and crying throughout the procedure. What made it worse was that no one offered him any kind of anxiety medication or calming treatment, even though it was obvious he was distressed. He went from crying to lifeless in my arms, and the whole thing felt horrifying. I thought I was mentally prepared for this experience. But the reality of it was far worse than I ever could have anticipated. I can't help but feel like I betrayed my dog and that he suffered because I didn't advocate harder for his comfort. If I had known how much he would struggle, I would have gladly paid extra for any sedative or calming aid to make it easier for him. I truly hope he can forgive me, but I can't shake the feeling that I failed him in his final moments. This experience was not what I imagined it would be, and I just want to warn others to make sure they advocate for their pets' comfort, even if it means pushing for additional care.
