During the last big rain storms (January 2026) my carport roof began to leak from multiple areas of the roof. it was basically raining inside my carport. I contacted them and asked, as this was completely an unexpected expense, if they would offer me a discount to tarp the roof (I'm a senior on a fixed income)until it could be replaced in the spring.
