It was either his assistant (Arianna) who is extremely dismissive and 10% helpful. I have had to ask to speak to the manager at least 2 times. He was very condescending. They say they will call in 24/48hrs and never do. They claim they treat every case the same. I don't believe that. If this is a strategy of his, it sucks.
