    I have to say I'm very pleased with the out come of my car. I was in a accident 3 weeks ago a hit n run. Boy that was a mess in it self. West coast collision got my car in the very next morning. Mark greeted us was very nice told me I will have it good as new. Thats exactly what they did. I'm very pleased with the work. Had a couple hiccups not all their fault a little delay in insurance responding , and oem parts not being available. Was a little upset due to having to pay for a rental little longer than expected due to eta of delivery of car being set back. But they did perform and deliver. Wouldn't say nothing bad. Just know if your in a accident things don't always run in our favor or time we have to be patient. I had to understand that myself Very satisfied thank you west coast collision. Mark n Mark.

    One of the best - if not THE BEST - repair experiences I've ever had. Had to have a bumper replaced on an older but in very good condition 2006 Ford Focus Wagon. As the bumper was eventually found out to be un-attainable (Ford stopped making the parts), West Coast Auto Collision went out of their way to have my bumper completely remade and there was NO EXTRA CHARGE! Ben and the staff at West Coast Auto Collision were attentive, professional and kept me consistently updated on the progress of my repair. Not to mention, they have a relationship with a local car rental company and will secure a GREAT DEAL if you need a rental while they are doing the work. Last but not least, these folks are ARTISTS as far as I'm concerned. They turned a bummer of a bumper situation into a brand new looking work of art. Thanks To Ben and the whole courteous staff of West Coast Auto Collision. GO THERE!

    I was involved in an unexpected and traumatic accident, I was so lucky to get West Coast Auto Collision to repair my car, Luke, Jeremy and the entire staff were super kind and friendly they worked with my insurance gave me updates during the repair and they did a phenomenal job , I'm so thankful for their support, professionalism and kindness, I would totally recommend their service to anyone who needs a quality and affordable job ! They are the best.. look at the pictures of the before they repaired it and afterwards

    I'm warning anyone who reads this it'll be a long one. I was involved in a fender bender August 1, this place was my insurances preferred repair shop. First big mistake I made is feeling comfortable using them because of this. They took my car in August 26, my first bad experience was when Gino told me my car would be 100% ready for me to pick up and when I got there it was still being painted. Even after he told me another day it was for sure to be picked up and I called and it still wasn't ready. When I first picked up my car after it being in the shop for about three weeks first thing I noticed was the color wasn't even right. Gino, said that's how some come out the lot and some of them don't always match. I was not having it. I made him take it back in and fix it. I picked it up the next day like he said and nothing changed. Now he's saying thats something the insurance didn't cover in the initial estimate. Didn't make sense whatsoever since first he was saying something totally different and why wouldn't they cover a color match to my vehicle?? When I got in my car to leave I had a service light on stating my tail lights were out. I called him over and asked him to look he had to take it to the back and fix it. My guess is they didn't even connect the tail lights! After having my car back for a day or so I noticed my trunk wasn't even aligned! I had to take it back to him and make him fix his work. He supposedly fixed it I saw it looked right, Until I started closing it and it would pop back up on me. I started now noticing it scratch the paint too. I took it back to them and now they're saying they're needing a part to fix that so it doesn't do that anymore?? Now I've spoken with Mary, She was supposed to take over and start helping me with the situation since she realized Gino was just lying about everything that was happening and not fixing a damn thing. Me, not trusting the shop whatsoever at this point took my car to my dealership so they can look at the work and see what is really happening. They start noticing the whole trunk and bumper wasn't even aligned right, and the damages were still there from the initial accident. They also reviewed the paperwork of what the insurance paid them for and they said they didn't even fix all the work they said they did. After me telling them it was this shop they were not surprised whatsoever and even said they don't even sell parts to them anymore because they have so many issues with them. Now that I have dealt with them for that long in and out of the shop since then, my wonderful dealership has taken over and is dealing with this horrible place and they're going to make sure this is fixed handled properly now. From what I have been told now by insurance is that it that they have now turned it into a investigation with BAR (bureau of automobile repair) since repairs were paid for but not complete. Please do not take your vehicle here, it has cost me so much time and energy that I wouldn't want anyone to have this bad of an experience.
