A small visitor centre in a former chapel close to the beach at West Bay, Bridport. The exhibits are interesting and well designed for both adults and children. It is a pity that punctuation errors appear quite often in the text. Creative use is made of limited space and the fishing and shipbuilding past of the town is well presented. It would have been nice if the branch railway had also been covered as it played a big part in the resort's development. Definitely worth seeing if you are in this part of Dorset. read more
