Despite this history, the dealership continues to claim "nothing is wrong" even when the same issues keep returning. I have lost my vehicle for extended periods of time and received inconsistent information about the warranty and my rights. At one point, I was even verbally offered a replacement vehicle - an admission that the car has a serious fault - only for that to be walked back once they realised I wasn't the original owner. Their approach has been dismissive, evasive, and unhelpful. Safety concerns have been brushed aside simply because no warning lights are currently showing, which is unacceptable for a vehicle that has already required major component replacements. No emails have ever been responded to. AVOID this dealership.
