The order has not been completed for months. Incorrect and incomplete window installation which is responsible for the complete crack in the window. In October last year, the total amount of €7,500 for replacing the windows and installing the electric shutters was of course paid to the company in advance. The shutters were only partially installed and don't even work properly. We were assured that everything would be fine the following week completed and individual errors that occurred during assembly were corrected. 10 months have passed since then, and the window pane is now completely broken in the middle due to the incomplete and unfortunately not very carefully carried out assembly. Back in October, we pointed out to Mr. Jonen about a small crack in the window that we noticed upon closer inspection and, as a precaution, asked how he would like to repair it. He replied that the crack was just a cosmetic flaw and wasn't that serious. You can tell... the entire pane has actually broken in the middle and yet absolutely nothing has happened since October 2023!! For 10 months we spend our time in the living room with a broken window.
