This goes out to all my L.A. transplants. In L.A. you can find a first rate BMW repair guy that's reasonable and probably close enough (within 30 minutes of your home) without too much trouble. They don't grow on trees but they do exist. I used the same two guys for like 30 years. Both guru types with no helpers. Just BMW fanatics. (Vanik in Tarzana is my go to guy). But Vegas is a different animal. There may be more than one place that's acceptable but I haven't found them yet. So far this is it. You may pay 20% or more than what you were used to in L.A. but you will get the job done right and within an acceptable time frame. At this point I am just glad they are here. Not sure about the new location, but I am happy for them as I am assuming it came from their integrity and hard work. The owner is a personable guy and not a jerk. STICKER SHOCK!! I was told about the diagnosis fee, I was NOT told till AFTER the repair when picking up the car that it does NOT go towards the repair. I have been in the car business for 33 years and have NEVER had a repair shop NOT include a diagnosis fee towards the repair. It doesn't matter what the diagnosis is. Even after this, it was MISDIAGNOSED and still has a battery drain! I went to their new location to have my engjne oil done and my brake fluid flushed! Sam assisted me thoroughly and was very approachable. This place is a heaven sent for BMW car lovers! Everyone were very professional, and honest. They did an inspection on my car as well for no additional fees. I did ask him questions, and his respond was just WOW! I had a electrical issue on my e34 last month which caused a trans program (limp mode) issue to occur. I bought it and left my key in a over night drop box. I called ahead of time to let Victor know the issue. I also let them to know I take off the negative terminal on my battery so that I doesn't drain. I signed off on the diagnostic fee. I had to call several times for updates. I was told that it would be 3 additional hours on top of the one hour I agreed to find the issue. So about $632 on top of repairing said issue along with being told that after 3 additional hours there is no guarantee of finding the issue. Diagnostic fees do not go towards repairs. It sounded like a finesse to me so I said no and I'll just pick it up. So after I pay, the advisor parks it comes out my car with a jump pack and said oh your battery died the tech left it overnight with both terminals attached. A little common sense goes a long way. I go out to leave and surprise surprised my battery is dead. I get a jump start and I'm able to leave. They damaged the trim bezel along with not putting one of trunk struts back together. Not to mention I had to buy a new battery. Any time a dealership or repair shop damages your car and they don't tell you, stay away. I really wanted to make this my place for my repair needs but I'll just have to look elsewhere. read more

I dropped my car off on 2/17/2022 for oil leak problem, they called me on 2/21/22 to say they found the leak and quoted $1900+ to fix it and I could get my car back the next day. I also asked them to change break fluid and the spark plugs while they have the car. Today is 2/27/22 I still don't have my car. I called the first time on 2/23, they said the job was done but needed to drive around to make sure no leak. I stopped in the shop on 2/24 they told me the car is not drivable now and they're looking into it. I called on 2/25 they said they're working on it. The only time they called me was to tell me how much it'd cost to fix the problem, never called me for any update. I've been to this place once and it was just for oil change, I left a very good review. Now I don't know what's going to happen, I'll keep you posted. read more

Dropped car off on Dec 8 for Oil change and tune up. I approved all the work they say needed done, Valve cover and rear struts. (Declined service on fixing a window) they say the work will be done by the following Tuesday or Wednesday the 14th. I travel for work and ask if I can pick the car up on Monday the 18th. Am told this is not a problem. Changed my travel plans to be able to pick up the car today before I have to travel again. I call today and only the oil change is done.... None of the other parts were ever even ordered. I'm not sure which was back ordered in the first place because they had no real explanation as to why they did not do the work. Was the value cover back ordered or the rear struts??? Either way this is Horrible service. And now since I paid for the diagnostic and they choose not to do the other work I just paid like $400 for an oil change!!! Will be looking for a new shop, this place has not been the same since they moved.... I don't get the idea they want to work on older cars. Clearly they choose not to do the work on mine. And they basically charge and act like a dealer at this point. Was told to call Victor to see if he can "do anything"..... So now I'm supposed to call and beg for my car to be serviced and for you guys to do the right thing?!?? Do yourself a favor and don't let this place waste your time or money!!!! read more

BMW Only is the SPOT to bring your BMW to for service! I love the customer service and the honest work done by everyone here. Cars are worked on quickly. Pricing is fair. The work done is magnificent. I have had my car serviced several times at BMW Only since moving to Vegas in August 2018. I'm so happy I learned about them through yelp because in August 2018, my car's battery and alternator went out and I had my car towed to the BMW dealer off of Sahara, and we all know how that goes... $1500 later. I wish I would have known about BMW Only prior to going to BMW dealer, but I'm glad I know of them now and rest assured I'll no longer be taking my car for service to the BMW dealer. The ONLY issue I may have with this place is that it is not open on Saturdays or Sundays. But other than that this place is a solid 5 stars. read more

I've had 14 BMWs, all over the country and these guys are the best, bar none. Last week, I had a frozen bolt on a window regulator (I fix these myself, 5th or 6th one) on my X5 4.8is. Take my car to that shop due to crankshaft code .. they supposed inspect it and found and suggested engine oil service ( that be done 3 days before) and camshaft sensor ($540dls) and just are starting point to find the issue... That supposed they have frist world scanners to check it . Also when chek my oil filter spill oil all on serpentine belt and all way down to the front engine block . I went back to the office guy and asked abaut engine oil spill his answer has ... " that filter has oil inside if open it is pretty normal to have that oil spill on the engine area " never also in valvoline walmart $50 dls oil service they leaving oil spilled on engine bat or serpentine belt How a shop like that do it ...!! Also ended paying $158 dls just fot nothing just for suggesting oil change and cam sensor !!! read more

I own a 2017 BMW 328d. At 48k miles, the dealership informed me I have a leaking front strut. Because I'm outside of warranty, this would be almost 3k for 2 front struts. Werkstatte installed a complete Bilstein B4 suspension upgrade (front struts and rear shocks), alignment, and oil change for significantly less than that.
