The shoes were extremely popular and were sold out at all the major retailers. I was lucky to locate the Overkill Shop only a week before Christmas, who had the shoe in stock. They shipped via FedEx and they got here in time. Overkill Shop personnel were very good about promptly answering my email to check on the status of the order (in English, because unfortunately I speak no German). Would definitely recommend this retailer.

It's unacceptable the money left my account when they were clearly aware they no longer had the shoe in my size. I won't be ordering from here ever again and quite frankly I don't think anyone else should either and utter joke of customer services and now I have to source another pair. AVOID AT ALL COSTS IF YOU ACTUALLY WANT A HYPED SHOE.
