When we realized we were not getting the same effect on our back patio as the driveway we asked him to do what he needed to hide all the discoloration, imperfectikns, and thin set from old tile borders that were so painfully still visible and forget about the stained concrete we actually were paying him to create. In essence, he just put a coat of paint down with no specialization. We could have painted this ourselves for a few hundred. We gave him half down which was thousands and when his work was not quality, he would not refund us our deposit less materials. We stopped the work when another client of his showed us how Damon Delaney's work lasted only a year before the paint started coming off the driveway. We did have him return and attempt to remove the over spray from our vinyl but he could not return it to it's normal condition. I waited 7 months to make this post to see how his work held up. Sadly, the paint is coming off in multiple places and looks terrible. I felt compelled to make this post and attempt to help others not make the same mistake.
