Same with the person over the drive-through is very nice and then sometimes they have a little bit of attitude and doesn't let you finish your order. This is the second visit in less than a week. Neither visit was a pleasant experience sadly. The first thing I noticed when I walked in was a line of people 12 deep at the register. I came in because the drive they line was probably 12 cars deep as well, maybe longer. The assumption was it would be faster inside. Sadly I was mistaken. The female cashier was less than pleasant to the customers, and the food couldn't have been slower to come out to the customers. It almost seemed as if the drive thru was the only priority and the interior Customers could juat wait as long as the staff wanted them to. The cashier after I ordered, handed me my cup with her fingers inside the cup. So that was super disgusting. Off to the soda fountain, no ice. I brought that to their attention, then waited for a minute or so to get ice from the staff for my drink. Then, no lids either. Also no napkins. Now the wait. 20 minutes to get a hamburger and fries. Yes you read that correctly, 20 minutes. Needless to say when I left, there were no cars left in the drive thru lane. No one ever came out to refill the drink lids, napkins or ice. This location needs a new manager and new staff. Clearly. At least the food was hot, that made up slightly for the debacle that was going on inside this location. Literally the WORST fucking Wendy's I've ever been to. They never get our order right, but at this point it's more entertaining than anything. I've visited this Wendy's location twice in less than a week, in hopes to order a baked potato. One time being in the evening time around 8:00 p.m., and another time around 1:00 p.m., and both times I was informed that the restaurant was out of potatoes. The second time I was informed there would be about a 30-40 minute wait if I wanted to wait for a baked potato. On May 17, 2020 around 11pm there was a rude employee that just push my bag out and she acted like she had an attitude problem. But the attitude problem doesn't stop there. So I get off work today at 10 PM as usual. I'm at this Wendy's at 10:20 and I'm the second car from the speaker to give my order. The car at the window left five minutes ago. With one car ahead of me the Wendy's employee tells the customer at the speaker that they are closed. There are 6 cars in line at the drive-through waiting. And they have been servicing one car at a time to completion before taking the next order. According to Google maps, their hours of operations are 6:30 am till 12:00 am. I will be contacting the Wendy's corporate offices and so should everyone who's had issues with this location. I'm certain the corporate office will want to know why this location is turning away business. Tonight's experience doesn't deserve the one star that i gave for this location. I'm only giving this one star because it's a requirement! I went there on a Wednesday night at 9pm the dining room was closed which is totally understandable. However, there were 8 cars in the drive thru and they would only service one car at at time. So after 11 minutes of waiting and realizing that I could go to Meijer's buy some ice cream and milk checkout and still be in this line I decided to call. Side note I was only ordering frosty's. requested the manager and asked what's the problem if the food isn't ready why not park the cars. What a mistake to stop at this Wendys if you are hungry. I ordered 3 10 pc nuggets, 4 mini frosties and 2 son of baconator and the cost was almost 25.00. They bagged nuggets then poured frosties then i waited for burgers, and waited, and waited. My frosties now melted, my nuggets cold and I am still waiting for burgers. There was a man before us still waiting for his single combo. At some point somebody set a bag on counter but cashier was too busy playing with her boyfriend who had come in. I looked in bag hoping it was my order but wrapper said chicken so it couldnt be mine. About 5 min later my daughter asked tthe guy before us if it could be his order so he looked in bag and said he didnt order a chicken sandwich. Finally I asked if I could just get my money back and I would go to McDonalds. I got such a dirty look then she pointed to that bag and said thats your order and went back to her boy toy. I sid it says chicken she said well its not so I said when were you going to tell me she said I did. She didnt because she was more interested in the little boy. So i left with food, melted frosties,cold nuggets. the son of a baconator is not like its advertised. It was a jr cheeseburger with an extra patty.
