    Dave's Double Stack

I came here with my friend coming from football practice looking for a quick meal, we never expected what we would be coming out with. We used the deals on the Wendys app and got a buy one get one for $1 Dave's double, free 10 piece nugget with any purchase (we chose a small fry), and a free frosty with any purchase (we got a large frosty). The staff was friendly and even gave us a large fry instead a small and extra nuggets because he saw that we were football players that didn't have much money. When we ordered the large frosty he gave us a large drink cup which is bigger than the normal large frosty. Big props to the staff at this Wendy's for helping us out! The dining area was clean and the place had an overall friendly feeling. I've came here in the past and the service has definitely gone up!

Jr bacon cheeseburger: mutilated burger patty, missing the cheese, and cold stale bun.

If it wasn't insulting enough to have to wait in the drive thru 25 mins for "fast food," my jr bacon CHEESEburger came with NO cheese! First off the person taking the order asked for what I wanted, repeated it, apologized, then asked for it all over again; strike 1. The horrendous wait time; strike 2. Not getting what you paid for; strike 3. I can't stand when people make excuses as to why things are taking so long. No need for them. Just give me food and let me go my way. The only plus was the fries were fresh, hot, and perfectly salted. Hopefully the Wendy's on Southfork is better. This one sucks!

This is by far the worst Wendy's ever. How do you prepare a burger without the meat patty?!?! They are always super slow and ALWAYS get your order wrong. The customer service is horrible. I don't know why I decided to give them another chance. They need new management and training because this ain't it. Never again!

BUT, I can totally see where they would get packed. It a nice island vibe with Rasta style music, a great pina colada (don't let the "it's not frozen" keep you from ordering it, trust). The fried shrimp are delicious, nice sized, the wedge is huge and the gumbo is pretty decent too. The cornbread, must! We got bread pudding to go based on all we tried today. I really enjoyed the mini escape which reminded me of some eateries in the Bahamas. You can never go wrong with that! Cost...mid I would say; staff is super friendly. We will be back.

The food was okay nothing really stood out. I tried the brown butter scallops, and they just tasted like oily scallops. Not too much flavor, but they were cooked nicely. I also tried their avocado tuna taco, and those were a bit weird. The flavors and texture weren't it for me. The inside was kind of mushy, but it did have a hint of yuzu sauce, which made it tolerable. Next, I tried the gumbo with cornbread, and the cornbread with the gumbo was a game changer. It definitely kicked it up a notch. The gumbo didn't have very strong flavors like other gumbos, but I still enjoyed it. Then I tried the fish and chips. The fish was cooked crispy to my liking, and the portion size was decent. However, the fries were a bit too hard and tasted a little stale. The oysters were the last thing I tried and they were pretty decent my favorite was the easy coasts ones. My only complaint with them were the shell some pieces of shell ended up in the meat portion. The service was great too and they have happy hour.

The owner was right there on the line working hard with his employees and the ingredients were real and fresh. It took me such a long time to visit this restaurant because the concepts are not something you see often, after the eating the food it's like a spin on cajun, american comfort soul food with a modern day finish. I don't even speak like this, but after this fantastic meal I couldn't help but to let yall know it's worth a try. The first item I tried was the blackened fish jambalaya & it was really good & looked like it came straight out the pan! however i'm used to bland food so the kick from the seasoning took me back some. I then tried their punch and it was so good words can't even explain. Again packed with flavor , sweet and has a tang from what seems to be lemon. Fresh pineapples and strawberries were in the drink as well, I can honestly say it's one of the best 3 drinks i've ever had. If they sold them by the gallon i'd purchase it just to keep in the house. I even added some water to it when it was almost gone and it still tasted good! It mellowed out some of the sweetness, but not the flavor. I also got the Da Justo Sampler and at first it seemed like a lot and kind of overwhelming, but let me tell you it was so amazing. First of all the grilled cheese was exceptional, the best grilled cheese i've ever had. The wings were sweet and spicy and I didn't even need ranch for them, I thought it would ruin the flavor! & I'm a person who eats ranch with everythingg. The mac & cheese is the perfect example of what mac and cheese should be, the fries were okay though, I wish they were crispier but even with that it didn't stop nothing! Everything is still a 10/10. I went back and tried the Jambalaya a little later & again another 10/10, i've never had Jambalaya before so the flavors were so crazy , but I still found myself not able to put the fork down! The portions are very big from those two meals I got i was able to share with 3 other people and we all had nice portions ( i was not sharing that punch tho!). if your sick of your typical generic food options and want something out the box and worth the price or just want a cheat meal that's worth it, Krack Kitchen is your spot!

It's inside a gas station which wasn't too busy for a Friday night. You order at grill, but when they give you the receipt you have to pay the gas station attendant. Make sure you go back to the grill to show you paid for your meal. Now I will say it took 25 minutes to get our food but it was HOT and FRESH. We got the jambalaya and 10 chicken wings. The wings were crispy and juicy with a lot of seasoning. Everything inside the Jambayla was delicious from the shrimp, to the fish, to the sausages, etc etc. just all super flavorful in general. There are 4 small tables each with 2 seats which I appreciated cause I usually prefer to eat the food fresh rather than eating it in the car/bringing it home. Would definitely come back to try other dishes; but keep in mind that the location of the gas station is kinda not ideal. You'll know what I mean when you drive there. It's hard getting there/getting out. And again food takes a long time, so if you're looking for quick fast food this place is not it, but it is delicious

She says it's hard to find a place that can make a good vegan burger. The only place she can think of that comes close is Barnaby's. I took a small taste of her burger "meat", and I must say it was actually really really good and flavorful. I'm totally NOT the faux meat type, LMAO!!! We both look forward to coming back!! 12.20.2026 - First time finally trying this place after passing by during my commute twice a day every single day. OMG what was i stalling for!! I had the Avocado Swiss Burger and Chili Cheese Fries. I LOVE how they had the Avocado slices layered so neatly. I pay attention to details and that made me smile bcz it was so picture perfect. Most places toss random raggedy skinny pieces of Avocado on a burger that make you feel like it's a waste of money paying extra for it. JAX was chef's kiss. My burger overall was juicy, not soggy or sloppy like most places "juicy" is. It was also so full of flavor and each item shined well alone and in harmony together. I love a good chili cheese fries and JAX definitely did not miss. They had the perfect amount of chili and cheese that allowed me to taste both equally with every bite. While other places give tons of chili and only a dollop of cheese, JAX's was very nicely balanced which made it easy to say I'll be back very soon.
