Third visit in a row now where my order was wrong. I asked for the Asiago classic chicken sandwich plain, got it loaded. I asked them to remake it and they gave me a spicy chicken sandwich. They offered me a free unsweet tea but gave me sweet tea. Staff was friendly though. read more

This wendys is not very good. I think it is nearly impossible to get actual hot food here. French fries are always old and cold. The sandwiches are barely cooked as well. The service staff is always cheerful and friendly, the foods just cold and not good. Ymmv read more

Ordered a double with no lettuce and tomato. Large combo with a cookie. Believe it was 12.05 was the totals d gave them 13.00 dollars. Got a single with everything on it. Medium fry and large coke. No cookie. 70 cents change instead of 95. Oh and had to wait for the fries. Burger was not even hot. Safe to say I will not be going back. Wendy's is now becoming a joke. It is a shame I used to love it. But better go other places you at least know what you are getting there for the price. read more

This lady acts like she absolutely hates her job. I think she literally hates every customer. Each time my husband would tell her he wanted a certain item she had a snippy attitude and asked "anything else", "anything else??!" I'm like dang if people didn't drive through here, you wouldn't have a job. She was dark skinned with longer hair. I don't like to assume a person's race but if I had to choose she looks Indian or Hispanic without the accent. Her name was Angelica. Now the guy that took his money, his name was Jose and he was a delight. The food was eh... there was a 6minute wait on chicken tenders. Which I don't mind the wait but she was like u need to pull up your tenders aren't ready. So, I wouldn't recommend her attitude, but I would recommend she stay in the back and not be allowed to talk to customers PERIOD!!! She left off the green tea my daughter ordered, and he had to take out more tine to walk back in the building to go and get it. Smh. Oh. They locked the door. And had to stand in the cold. 15 degrees to be exact while they took their dear time coming to the door. Then said we are out of green tea. I said no problem. It will be in my review. Ordered a single with cheese, small fries and a small chili with cheese! Classic chicken sandwich with no lettuce and extra tomato! No napkins, crackers or spoon for chili! Unfortunately while I love Wendy's this location could use some improvement. I've visited here on two separate occasions and have been very unpleased with the wait on my food. One made me particularly frustrated because I was literally the only person there other than the employees and it took them 15 minutes to complete my order. I then received no explanation for why j had to wait that long. I get it if you have to make a burger or put new fries in, but you need to communicate that as well as be faster with it. Ordered a number 5 and a burger, the fries weren't piping hot so I asked for some fresh ones. I was taken aback by how quick the general manager was to step in and resolve the situation. My new fries were hot! He was very professional, along with the rest of the staff. Highly recommend this Wendy's location off 16th street. read more

The worst Wendy's we have ever been to. At three in the afternoon long line to get food on the inside. Manager behind the counter talking to her dad saying this is really how I wanted to spend my Saturday. All diet pop on the inside self-serve pop machine. The napkin dispensers were all empty. The only reason I gave us a two star was that Aurora the cashier was actually pleasant.I give the manager behind the counter -10 stars Filled out the online questionnaire offered on the receipt. Asked for a email to talk about my experience. No such luck. Cross Wendy's off my list of places to To date I never received any replies from Wendy's for my issues. Wendy's - The 4 for 4 is always the better and most affordable combo you can get! - Burgers Near Me - Holland, Michigan

We placed our order for two 4 piece chicken tenders with Rubi at the counter. As she assembled our order she told us they only had one order of 4 pc tenders ready. She suggested breaking it down to two each and she would bring out to us the other four as soon as they were cooked, about 5 minutes. She brought them right when they where done and where nice and warm. In addition she added an additional tender for each of us for a total of 5/each for the delay. Rubi was so friendly, proactive, and really went the extra mile. She is a huge asset to Wendy's! read more

Management at this location really needs to focus on customer service. Especially in the drive through. You have the wrong people taking orders. They speak at 100mph. You can never understand them. They are always pushing with zero patience. Anything else? Anything else? They need to slow down their speaking and focus on the customer. It's nice you guys are in a hurry, but you're failing in this area. But the food is always good. So two stars. read more
