15 December 20 at 11:07 I placed an order for two spicy chicken sandwiches, fries, and a drink. I did not have the chance to even leave the parking lot halfway through my first sandwich I noticed that something was off and happened to look down and seen that it was raw chicken that I was consuming when I went in side to inform the manager. She asked me did I want her to remake my order she did not apologize and refused to give me a refund without my receipt and card. Extremely slow service EVERY SINGLE TIME we visit. I tried th Baconator for the 1st time today and it just was not good. It didn't have much bacon flavor to it actually. While I was eating another customer in line raised his voice to a level where everyone in the restaurant could hear in order to address an employee who came to the register to take an order and accepted cash with gloves on his hands and then returned to the food line to make food with the same gloves that just touched the cash. The food is Great when you order before 5pm. After that the kids that work there are more worried about their friends and conversation rather than taking care of the customers. I ordered food and they left off the utensils to eat the food with, napkins and sauce. I ended up sitting by the window an extra three-four minutes while they hold their conversation and watch me looking at them before they opened the window to see what I wanted. Than the young lady that Finally came to window acted like I was bothering her and that her conversation was way to important than what the customer wanted. This location in Hinesville never disappoints, I always get a delicious salad that's not skimpy on the ingredients. I normally don't write reviews unless I have something good to say. In this case so many bad things happen that I had to submit a complete review. The first issue is my order was wrong. I was handed a small drink filled to the top with ice when I ordered two medium drinks. When I asked the drive-through person to tell me what was on my order a manager stepped in and said that she didn't know what because the order screen was not working and slammed the drive-thru window. The order was not read back to me which resulted in the sandwiches having mayonnaise on them when I ordered no mayonnaise. The manager was rude and the order was not right and I was an opportunity to fix it. read more

On 27 December 2020 I ordered two number 1 combos. And a four for four for my daughter. This was very confusing to the staff at this Wendy's. I paid for my food then proceeded to the second window and they asked if I'd I had two orders. To which I said no because it's all included in one order. Are used to love Wendy's not after last night. So went to Wendy's at 12:50pm for a spicy chicken sandwich no mayo no tomato. The cashier said that there was no tomato no mayo available anyway OK cool. When I receive my spicy chicken sandwich and my drink the spicy chicken sandwich no lettuce just a extremely hot dry spicy chicken patty. So when I ask why was there no lettuce on the chicken sandwich the cashier said there is no lettuce. I stated why wasn't that specify when placed an order I would've just ordered chicken nuggets instead she said hold on and she'll go get the manager. I seen the manager walk away and I was waiting well over a minute I left. My French fries were not seasoned but instead of salt packets worked on on top of my fries along with ketchup packs. I do not eat ketchup so why was ketchup packets on top of my food.
