Service was excellent again. 1st visit: I've been in Colorado for nearly two weeks and this has probably been the best meal I've had so far, even after dining in Aspen (Clark's, Aspen Public House) and Boulder (Flagstaff, the Kitchen American Bistro). I love chorizo tacos and the ones here served with potatoes and fried egg with a side of chips and salsa was one of the best I've ever had and I think that's says a lot after living a lifetime in Texas. The hot dog was flavorful and probably a foot long. It was served with lightly salted french fries that reminded me if the ones my mom used to make me. The Bloody Mary was also very good and slightly spicy although it was only garnished with a lime and no olives. The place is very small, seats maybe a couple of dozen indoors but there is also outdoor seating. Service was very friendly.

The rib eye looked good till we cut and tasted it. It was under season. Looked pale. May be we came from the Midwest and are spoiled. The half chicken was tasty. We told them we are celebrating the birthday, no candle. Or anything special. We didn't complain because we came here for the hot spring and may not be back for a while.
