First time ever to try Wendys breakfast. Pleasantly surprised by the outstanding customer service she deserves praised cause often times are quick to bitch before rendering gratitude. A shout out to Ms Bianca, it's not difficult to show good customer service and she delivers. She showed genuine kindness, very happy smile and it simply takes this type of person to make any body's day a good start of a day. This is the worst Wendys i have ever ordered from. I ordered uber eats and it took the store an entire hour to get the food ready, mind you we live 10 minutes away and it was 12 am. Once we finally got the food all of it was cold. There was no cheese in the baconators. No cheese on the chili fries. And it infuriates me on the lack of care of our food. How are you going to take your sweet ass time but once we get our food its cold, wrong and disrespectful. this Wendy's will mess up your door dash order. we have had multiple orders missing items or just entirely wrong. ordered a kids cheeseburger meal and received nuggets instead. I always get a cherry coke with my meal even though my order includes a large regular coke. read more

Ordered from a food service (that also drives humans around ....) and my order was allll wrong. Spent $37 and some change (I'm a growing boy) and maybe for $7.50 worth of food. Tried calling the help line, they don't talk due to covid.. so I drove to the store. So I show them my order, absolute no hesitation, everything fixed and made fresh on the spot! We came around 10pm tonight. I was VERY surprised at how amazing our drive thru experience was. Quaneshia was very helpful in taking our order. When a mistake had been made on my burger it was quickly fixed with a smile. All of our food was so fresh and hot and Quaneshia had excellent customer service. Very impressed! read more

This Wendy's is not the best. You can see that they try so hard but it doesn't work at all. I don't know why I hate myself so much to keep coming back here. I think it's because I miss the neglect from my father so much I need to feel it again. Takes 35 minutes to get your food. Workers are rude and at times it's a safety hazard to get in the parking lot because the cars are backed up so far you'd think Motley Crue got back on drugs and are touring again and this Wendy's was the opening spot. Order a chicken sandwich combo and it took them !20!mins to make it. The guy at the window had to tell me to pull my car up to wait because they got the order wrong and no apology whatsoever. Waited for them to redo the order and bring it to my car but no one showed up....after about 10mins i decided to go inside to check on my food. The girl working at the order station inside was so rude and she had the audacity to ask what i ordered, what my total was, and she wanted to see what car was mine to make sure "i wasn't trying to steal". Easily the worst Wendy's I've ever been to. The food is consistently poor quality. It never tastes fresh, is always dried up, and the fries are cold. Try caring please, Wendy's has always been my favorite but never if I'm on Yadkin. The sweet tea is ridiculously sweet, even for a southerners standard, good place to get your "beetus" on if you have an insatiable sweet toothe, otherwise a descent McDonald's is within a stones throw. read more

It's as good as most Wendy's. Wasn't great, wasn't horrible. I didn't go in so I can't comment on the cleanliness of the place. I didn't wait long for my food, but since I was there at an off time, the fries were kinda cold. Not that big of an issue though. My order was correct, so I didn't experience what the other reviewer stated. I would venture to guess that as long as they don't report a recurring problem, it isn't that big of a deal. read more
