I placed an order through the drive-thru on 1/4/22 at 11:42 am. I ordered five combos, which came to a total of $60.18. When I got home, I found that part of the order was missing (2 combos and one fry). I immediately contacted the store (12:08 pm) and asked to speak with a manager. The person who answered the phone said this is Sylvia. I asked her if she was a manager, and she replied rudely, "You said you want to speak to a manager, and I'm a manager." I explained that I was just in the drive-thru and had paid $60.18 for five combos; part of the order was missing. She hung up the phone. I proceeded to call again, and she picked up. I asked her why did you hang up in my face, and she mumbled something I could not understand and hung up a second time. Since this so-called manager was rude and refused to resolve the issue, I contacted my financial institution and filed a claim. I made sure to have her name included in the claim. I hope this review and the claim I filed get to the Corp office and Sylvia gets into trouble. This is no way to treat customers. They've lost my business. read more

I'm guessing the managers just don't care at all. These people ALWAYS mess my order up. From a no pickle request still having pickles, to simply not getting an order of fries. Just beware that you need to check your order before you go home. And by check, I mean literally check every single thing. Because they will give you the wrong burger, give you salt and no ketchup (when you asked for both), and even give you BBQ sauce when you asked for Ranch!!! read more

The employees are not very welcoming and they are all too serious... a manager walked in or some higher lady. Not sure if she was a manager but she had a name tag and was in business clothing. She was really rude. She made eye contact with me and gave me a dirty look and held her nose in the air like she was VIP just because she is a high rank. pretty stuck up if you ask me. This Wendy's used to be one of my favored locations before they received a B rating, took out the electrical outlets, and the updated app for the 50th year promotion. Except Rick, the managers are unhelpful, would say a snide remarks and walk away rather than even attempt to assist. Dealing with them has been uneventful and more of an unnecessary hassle -- since they gave off a feeling of indifference and complacency. I walked away from this location at least two times without food because the manager did not know how to use the coupons or the app for that matter; and with regards to outside assistance the customer service line is at least a 15 min or longer wait. With the promotion going on a lot of items are free, yet it seems that Wendy's wants you to pay with your time and effort. read more

Food is okay and I love the spicy nuggets they got at Wendy's, but the other night while in the drive thru I overheard a manager talking in Spanish. As a Spanish speaker I caught on and she was basically talking smack about some employees there. The employees kept saying Christina or Kristina. I don't know but whoever was the manager that night was very rude from the sound of it. No way to talk to employees and by the looks of it seemed very lazy. It's bad enough the doors were locked when I showed up but when the young lady that came to open the door finally came she had with us parents called attitude and it wasn't a positive attitude. I must be the fool in this scenario. I am so tired of coming to these places of convenience to get a quick meal for me and my boys. The shocker today is the manager (older lady always at the window) actually spoke and didn't throw my food out the window with the usual unwelcoming attitude. Now, the food....I am disappointed in myself for being lazy and waiting too long to leave the house. Resulted in me driving right across the street to pathetic Wendy's. My fries tasted like they were the first batch made for the day and I received them at 4pm. I asked and repeated twice (no tomato or pickle on my burger) but add onion. I give Wendy's one star because they completely messed up my order and the lady was extremely rude! When we were in the drive thru after we told her that we wanted a five dollar biggie bag she said our total right away she didn't even ask if we were gone or not. Then since we got two biggie bags she told us our total was 19.25 we were confused because five plus five equals ten not nineteen. When we were leaving she gave us dirty looks. Then when we got home the chicken nuggets weren't crispy at all and there was a bone in the chicken nuggets too. Also we asked for SPICY chicken nuggets but she gave us regular. read more

pretty good wendys! havnt been inside yet so i cant tell you how clean or dirty it is but it is a fastfood spicy chicken sandwich its nice juicy and warm. i LOVE this sandwich, you gotta hope you get a nice fresh chicken patty but i did this time mmmm, chikfila has got wendys beat with the spicy sandwich but its up there 9/10 caesar side salad i dont love salads but for some reason this one gets me, i LOVE the garlic croutons its sooo good i always want to get extra. the lemon garlic sauce is amazing too 9/10 read more

No complaints here! I've never gotten bad food or bad service from this location. This Wendy's is always good. I work in the same shopping center so I go for lunch sometimes. The drive thru is the fastest I've ever been through. The salads are really good for fast food salads. Always good lettuce which is one of my salad musts. Another favorite is the chicken nuggets. They always come out with new cheese fries which I waaaaant but try to resist as much as possible. Over all, 2 thumbs up! read more

Food is good but the prices are a but high for fast food. Service is wonderful, they are nice. It's always fresh inside, bathrooms are clean but sometimes lack paper towels. You can charge your phone or whatever you use for entertainment there. read more

I have been eating at Wendys since about 1975. The burgers have always been good. First time i tried this Wendys i ordered 4 for 4 to eat there. The chickens nuggets and fries were room temperature as soon as i got the food. The meat on the burger was on the cold side even though it appeared to have been cooked at some time or other. I love Wendy's! Order is alway accurate! They're so so fast! You can count on them to be fast.. your through that drive thru ultra fast.. unlike any other fast food place in the area. The food is fresh and hot! I have never received cold or old food. All employees are so nice! The manager is great and accommodating. You couldn't ask for more. The 4 for $4 can't be beat. Easily the rudest food ordering experience of my life. Alony was the cashier and was beyond rude. She didn't greet us, had the worst attitude, and as I watched I noticed it was everyone treated this way. Super disappointing. They need to hide her as a cook or something where she does not interact with people. My fiancé ate here last Wednesday and got sick from the food. He had a chicken sandwich, fries and drink. He then got food poisoning, because he had a fever since that Wednesday evening, had to go to the ER on Friday night and had to have a bolus of IV from dehydration. And the service was just eh.
