Extremely incompetent!!! Did a mobile door dash order and the dummy's here forgot to send my drink with my combo meal!! I am pissed!!

I'm going through some personal stuff and working DoorDash right now and haven't ate anything all day. I got my order 4/26/24 at 3 am. The fries are absolute garbage. I understand it's fast food and there shouldn't be much to look forward too but its late and I haven't ate all day and spent $30 on two meals to get fry's that taste like they are a day old and made out of paper?? That's disappointing, even for it to be a hour before they close. read more

I was just in Wendys on Sibley in Dolton, Il. I ordered a single with cheese combo, a plain jr bacon cheeseburger, and a small vanilla frosty. When the guy asked me did I want cheese on the jr bacon CHEESEBURGER I should have known this was going to be a very bad experience. They charged me over 12bucks to not give me my combo and to tell me I ordered what I got and they don't have vanilla can we give you chocolate which that was fine. I get home to feed my kids to find a jr bacon cheeseburger with everything and a dry single cheeseburger with NOTHING. I will NEVER got to this WENDYS AGAIN and I will tell my friends and family to avoid this store at all cost. if I could give a negative stat rating I would. read more

Horrible. None of the food was hot. I had 4 items that should've been AT LEAST warm. These people just DONT CARE! Forget the fact that the burgers didn't even have what I asked for on them. Furthermore, nuggets were cold & hard. The fries luke warm. The burgers were cold, to where the cheese wasn't even melted. It was just all bad. If I had the time, I would have turned around. Folks! START caring about your jobs. Sometimes you have to ask yourselves "would I eat this?". Sorry, not sorry! Do better for our community!!! We're already looked at, as ghetto and hood! At the least, this establishment could provide quality food and exceptional customer service. read more

I got two sprites ,but they aren't the same color and I'm too scared to taste the yellow one. The food was cold and the chicken nuggets looked old. Workers are unprofessional, you can hear them over the intercom. read more

This is a very unprofessional business and poor customer service read more

See all

thawed was a bug ing my food and they literally hung up on me I'm never going back ever

Terrible service. The manager is too worried about looking good instead of being good. She continuously forces the drive through patrons to move back or forward away from the window if they're orders are not ready. This is causing confusion and wrong orders given out. She's cheating the system and failing to give customers good service. read more

Worst fast food ever my food is never complete I'm always missing something. Just got home and I'm missing the hamburger

Long wait for them to take my order to even ask for my order in the drive up and then they got the order wrong and didn't want to fix it just said you got a better deal just take it I don't want to cash it out read more

Food is cold, sand which buns are stale and they shorted my chicken nuggets. All in all a terrible meal. Save your money for some other place read more

This is the worst I ever been to . 3 strikes and your out . These are the most ghetto Ppl ever including the Mangers. They are rude disrespectful and down right unethical. They're are always parting laughing and getting the orders WRONG . They talk smart when they are the ones that messed up the order . They are very ignorant there ...if I worked there I would quit. I would not work with a group of ppl like that . The food always old never fresh . They don't care if your order is wrong .. The owner needs to make a clean sweep in there and hire all new ppl, evidently and it's clear that the managers are not on their job period . The managers come to the drive through window snapping if you have a problem..One worker was screaming at me through the drive through and they all was laughing in the back ground ridiculous!!! I'm calling corporate.. a manager their said her name was Jackie she needs to be fired like yesterday!! Wendy's in Dolton Il on sibly. read more

Okay, first off we all know it's in the ghetto, nobody can change that. So it is what it is, but that being said this is a very clean nice location! I don't know what the bad reviews are about, BEACUSE they put my order together correctly, the lady was very courteous, and the service was quick (it's lunch time right now 12:07) and their were no issues! Now I'm giving it 4 stars because the ketchup isn't out... And the ceiling tiles look like their about to collapse with water lol. Other than those 2 things that I saw, I don't think theirs a issue with this location! read more

If I can give no stars, I would've. Worst place ever! Slowest and most rude people! This is the second time I come here... I thought ok first time was bad... and then I said let's try again. Worst decision ever! This is place is sloooow!!!!!!!!! They need better workers or something !! read more

I stopped going to this Wendy's because they NEVER got my order right and apparently changing owners, management, and staff doesn't change the crappy service. I also didn't get a receipt which is another problem that hasn't changed. read more
