My elderly mother had an incident that left her bedridden and full care. I reached out to Wendy to get some help while I was out of town on a work trip, and also for when I got home and had to work. My mom was mostly self care prior, so I wasn't set up for any of this. Wendy sent Heather and it was such a relief to have her come sit with mom, clean her up, and get her situated while I was away. My mom loves Heather, so I will continue using her regardless of what the outcome is, even if it's just for some company. During a time of stress and embarrassment for my mom, Wendy and Heather made it possible for me to continue working, and most importantly, made my mom comfortable in the situation.
