My sister stepped in and the results were not what he thought but my sister had to tell him what my mother was entitled to. We then went back to them but used Hay in attempts to save our family property and home of over 40 years. Needless to say I had to do most of the research only to find that he had not contacted them in attempts to set up a mediation, missed deadlines for documents and did not explain our other options. Our property was bought back by JPMORGAN Chase and we were given a deadline to be out. I started talking to the attorneys as well as Chase employees and had to get a medical extension which was just short of 90 days. I learned a lot about foreclosure and bankruptcy, which was suppose to be his specialty. I am currently working on getting some of the (approximately) $10,000 put out to pay him for a job that clearly ended in his negligence. They are nice but unprofessional and they do not do their jobs unless you stay on them. I wouldn't recommend them to handle anything that has to do with the law. Unfortunately, but I think they are unorganized and have to much on the the table which makes them incapable of doing their best to represent their clients. The upside...I learned law and real estate and my family is safe together renting a home, something my mother has never done.

My sincere and forever gratitude to Attnys Wayne R. Coulter & Rebecca C. Bell and Legal Assistant…read moreKaren Walker et al. I retained Attny Wayne R. Coulter to execute an Estate of my Brother-In-Law & then my Sister who lived in Florida, I live in New York. This was a complicated case since my brother-in-law and Sister were habitual procrastinators. I was hesitant and nervous to hire an Attorney that I could not communicate with in person, I had no choice and took a leap of faith. Thank you dear God! Attny Wayne R. Coulter representation for the five plus years was above and beyond my expectations. Attny Wayne R. Coulter is a Professional and a GENTLEMAN; he spoke to me on many occasions with patience and dignified regards to the Legal System that he took an oath to represent and serve. There were soooooooooooo much to unravel and Attny Wayne R. Coulter made it look NORMAL with his patience to TALK TO ME and NOT DOWN TO ME. I would also like to mention Attny Rebecca C. Bell acted in the same form as Attny Wayne Coulter when I had to speak with her and she followed up with written information I needed. I must also mention Attny Wayne R. Coulter's Legal Assistant Karen Walker for her due diligence throughout the five plus years. EVERYONE IN THIS OFFICE IS PROFESSIONAL AND POLITE.!!!! A MILLION THANKS TO ALL AT DELZER, COULTER AND BELL, PA. Ooops! I must mention their fees are reasonable compare to what family and friends told me what i should expect to pay.

Don't do it! This guy has a reputation in hernando county of being some great family law attorney…read more For this reason, he charges much higher retaining fees than other attorneys. When i hired him I laid out $8000.00 for initial retainer. Then I never really spoke to him again. The only people you will ever see or talk to are his paralegals. After a couple of months waiting to get to a trial his office calls and says we are out of money and need another $8000.00 retainer! Unless you have money to burn, stay away from this guy. His reputation is based on old merits and he is not the pit bull attorney he supposedly once was. This is all presuming you are paying for your own attorney btw. If you are the party looking to take your soon to be ex to the cleaners and are planning on them paying for everything, including your attorney fees, you can disregard. But why would you want to waste all of that money giving it to this guy when you two could save it for yourselves and your children?

I…read moreknew my divorce was going to be a huge uphill battle and I wanted to make sure everything I did was exactly how it should be done and in my children's and my best interest. Over 30 years of marriage and with both college and minor children and I stay at home spouse for a few years, there is so much riding on my divorce outcome for the rest of my life. I interviewed 8 different lawyers. Mr. Cario is the ONLY one who mentioned how alimony had recently changed and I would be looking at paying the tax on alimony payments. That is a huge factor and no one else mentioned it! He asked what I wanted as the outcome: % of custody, house, retirement plan, and other things. He presented me with a brief review of a balanced outcome that might be in my best interest, with options based on what we had just discussed. Of course, he explained if he represented me, this would all be adjusted as information was provided with possible outcomes. He also clarified he takes care of the digging into the details because that is what he is paid for. The entire team at his firm is on top of everything. He also called me from his cell phone when I had a very urgent issue, while he was away dealing with just as serious of an issue for his family. When I apologized for taking him away from his issue, he told me not to worry. I already knew I had made the right decision, that just reinforced it. My outcome was more than I ever hoped for when talking to friends and family who have gone through a divorce before. My only advice for someone looking for a lawyer besides choosing Mr. Cario, do what they ask and provide what they need from you in the time period they recommend. Never have written a review before for anything! I had to for this experience and how well that took care of me. Lawyers can be expensive, yes. Great lawyers are more expensive. It's just the simple truth. My outcome 1000% justified his cost.
