After 2.5 years now of dicing up food and eating without teeth, I went to our local denturist in town. He took one look at them and discovered that bottom teeth on one side did not line up with upper teeth on the same side! They are digital poorly made dentures he said. It is no wonder these caused so many issues with actually eating a meal. They actually sold these to me for several $1000's of dollars knowing full well they were defective. Apparently it didn't matter that I asked two of her employees, one of whom, the hygienist, I had no fault with--she asked if I could ask the question without having to have an appt and be charged. But the receptionist said nothing and apparently had no culpable responsibility here and the manager was extremely rude and inflexible. I will never go back here. I can only think of one person that was a bit rude but not as bad as some I have met over the years. The billing office knows their stuff. I can tell you other dentist offices in this town know very little about insurance and the complications it can be.
