Then I was told I shouldn't have ordered it from their Belgium site and I needed to wait until it was returned to them from the shipper before I was issued a refund. Even if it's cold outside and snowy, the malls are always warm and cozy that you don't need a jacket inside. Most people leave their jackets in the car and walk around the mall like its summer weather outside. Parking is across the street so you have to go through the underpass. The restrooms are in the 4th floor next to towel and bath area section. I will definitely come back to shop in my BFF stores. Trust!!!

I bought a Wellensteyn-brand coat here, and love it. I highly recommend this brand of coat, it is super-warm while not being bulky, and also fashionable. My experience purchasing my coat was very smooth. I found a saleman who spoke English, and he did the rest. The strange thing was, apparently you have to purchase things at this store from a specific check-out area, so they mark it and send it to the cash register where you can pay for it and pick it up. They accepted my VAT-free form with no trouble, and I saved myself over 30 euros! Good experience, will come back here if I need more clothing.

But here in Könistrasse I went 2 times for purchasing perfume but they didn't allow me at 7.50pm.. the security is very harsh on me I asked 2 times also explaining my situation.. but nothing worked... For me 2min purchase... But it's very disappointing thing... Please value the customer... If you close at 8pm we will leave at 8pm whether we buy or not.. but let the customers enter... It has a very clean and light open airy feeling. The mall is also very well kept with little garbage and trash laying around. You will also see security every so often patrol and make sure things are in order. Inside there is also a Edeka where you can grocery shop along with a cheaper store, I believe its Aldi. This mall is very nice and I would definitely would come back.
