The main bedroom though was a bit dusty in places but other than that there were plenty of towels and the bed covers and pillows were lovely and clean. One massive thing for me is the bed, it's hard to find a hotel that has a comfy bed but this one had one! Also it's in a great location, right next to lidl, asda, tescos, wilkinson and has a lovely pub about 2 minutes away from it! I don't remember the name of it but it has scaffolding out side it! If you do get a chance go and take a look at the pub!

Check in was straightforward, and our room was warm and comfortable, with a spotlessly clean bathroom. It was also quiet. You don't get luxuries in Travelodge hotels, but the room had all that we needed for our one-night stay. This Travelodge seems to cater mainly for people travelling on the ferry, so although they don't do a cooked breakfast, you can buy a breakfast bag containing cereal, a hot drink and a smoothie, which is handy if you have an early start. There were some other vending machines in the foyer too. The receptionist was extremely helpful throughout our stay and gave us some useful local information. There isn't a great deal in Pembroke Dock itself, so we drove into nearby Pembroke where there were a few takeaways and restaurants. One point worth mentioning was that the hotel car park - which is free - was quite full, so if the hotel is at peak capacity you may struggle to find a space. We paid just over £50 for the night here, which was a bargain for a comfortable room and a quiet night's sleep!

There is a good sized bar and restaurant, both with nice views. The food in the restaurant was quite good. I had slow-roasted pork cooked in hay which was served with potatoes and cabbage: the meat was a little fatty, but tasty and a little different. Starters cost around £5-8, mains £13-17, sweets around £5. The rooms are clean, reasonably modern and well equipped with free Wi-Fi available in the bar and rooms. The service was OK, the car park is a reasonable with a large overflow car park.

This is the best hotel in town…read more Large enough for weddings, secluded enough for a romantic meal for 2 ! Private functions, also used for events, like dances , comedians. bands, etc bar area can some times feel cold !!

What an amazing little place to stay. The rooms were spotless, but it was the people working there…read morethat made it so enjoyable. They grow their vegetables in a garden next to the hotel and the receptionist was working in the garden and very friendly. We were exhausted from driving, so we asked the bartender to call us a taxi who dropped us off at the beach and picked us up an hour later. He was a treat! Funny, friendly and just a bright side to a somewhat trying day. Dinner was fantastic and the included breakfast was hot and fresh. You can tell the eggs are local and fresh. I can't say enough about this place and the people. There's also a great place to sit in the back and relax. Pembroke Castle was an 11 minute walk from here. We'll be dedicating a trip to just Wales in the future and staying here again as we explore that area further. Wonderful country and people!

All the food we had was delicious, quick service and very friendly…read more I would avoid having anything FRIED such as chips, onion rings or scampi as they just taste like oil, very greasy and unappetising. However the fish was particularly nice. Overall, would return again, but careful what menu items I chose.

From the full Welsh breakfast in the restaurant to the cozy rooms with great landscape views, this gem was extraordinarily comfy. Great chefs in the restaurant, full service bar and the most delicious desserts. It has a beautiful pool with a nice hot sauna. I wished I could stay longer than 4 days during my visit. I almost wanted to buy out a room permanently. This place is a very beautiful part of Pembrokeshire Wales, not easy to get to. I wish I could move there.
