We happily withdraw our credit union application and will be sure to let everyone know in the reviews to come. Both phone conversations were not polite, unprofessional and offered zero assistance. An application for an account was placed and we didn't hear back for several months. When I called to enquirer about it the person that I spoke with rude and unwilling to be helpful. From the start, she didn't seem to want our business and I will happily give my $150,000 elsewhere. Thank you Hershey Federal Credit Union from stopping me from making this grievous error.

Upon entry, you'll be greeted by a teller or one of the...uh...non tellers and they are always friendly and eager to help you with any issues or concerns you have with your accounts, checks, or loans. As someone who loses his debit card on almost a quarterly basis and has an annual school loan to negotiate through them, I have nothing but good words to say about each and every employee at this branch. Their explanations, help, and step-by-step assistance goes a long way in making me feel confident about using Wells Fargo as my bank and I'm always happy and satisfied with the service when I'm finished with my business.

We also like the high yield savings account that's currently paying 3.9%, with NO MINIMUM BALANCE! While we were at it we also rented a safe deposit box, which only costs $30 per year! (That's a good deal compared to what we were paying!) Best of all, though, is the people! They're not only friendly, but they seem to know almost everyone. That's a pleasant difference compared to the big national bank that we're leaving!

Received the letter notice in the mail over 2 weeks after they already reported to Transunion that i was 30 days delinquent. I sold the vehicle and payoff amount is in transit. They will really try and ruin someones credit over 9 dollars, will not notify you (their policy states otherwise) and report you delinquent rather than simply contacting you for payment. Never once missed a payment yet they maliciously reported delinquency over a $9.48 late fee. Will NEVER do business with them again.
