Hiring Jason was a horrible decision. He was suppose to be responsible for providing video services…read morefor my son's bar mitzvah. However, I have no video of my special occasion. Jason lied to me and was really conniving. He said he could not be at my event but that he would provide a substitute videographer to film and that he would do the editing after the event. This seemed reasonable so I accepted this arrangement. He promised his "associate" had filming experience however, when she showed up at my event, it turned out the videographer he sent was a high school student. My guests recognized the teen and informed me during my event that that she has very little experience and that it was strange that she was there. After the bar mitzvah, it took 6 months of trying to track down Jason before he finally returned my calls and informed me he was on a yoga retreat and that another of his associates would send me my video. I was eventually sent 3 minutes of raw footage with the sound not matching the video. It was complete garbage. The 20 minute video I was promised was suppose to document the special day and to include my family members who live near and far. I have nothing to document this once in a life time occasion. Jason is a deceitful and conniving person and I would not trust him to film something important to you. I decided to write this to save someone else from the loss and disappointment that I experienced.

I cried watching the wedding videos (of strangers) on his website, so we knew we had to book him for our wedding! Mike was professional and very responsive to our phone calls and emails. He was patient and helpful in reviewing the different videography packages and helping us customize a package that worked best for our situation. Unfortunately, our wedding date fell during the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic, and we had to cancel our big wedding plans. We asked Mike for a refund on our deposit, and we really appreciated his understanding and compassion given the situation. He gave us his word that he would return our deposit once he started getting business again. Although we could not use Mike for our event, we highly recommend him based on his professionalism, honesty, and our positive customer service experience.
