Right from the start the guy on the phone was so lethargic in speech it brings your entire energy down to the point of wondering if this person is seriously depressed. I even had to ask twice if this was in fact a video production company as I seriously thought I dialed the wrong number. There was absolutely no mention of it and this guy seemed so grumpy and annoyed that you would think the phone call woke him up from an 11 am nap. A simple call with a simple question... "What are your average rates to rent out studio time - high end to low end and what does that cover?" Seems like a very reasonable question that 99% of people looking for such a service would have - only the man on the phone couldn't answer the question - even after an understandably brief consultation where I explained to him what my needs were. (This was a big red flag that you're fishing for how much to charge based on how much money they think a potential customer has) Lovely! Then after 10 minutes I mentioned that he still hadn't answered the question above and he proceeded tell me "I really don't want to work with you because you're kind of an a**hole." A**hole for what? Following the instructions on the website to give you a call with any questions? A** for answering your questions? Or maybe I'm an a**hole for wanting to hire a company and pay them money for a service that we need on a continuous basis? Either way at this point it's completely irrelevant because now I've finally given you a reason to call me an a**hole :-) Because you're left with a terrible review from someone who is very much a good person looking invest money and produce the highest quality content we can in order to serve those that seek it out. Who furthermore, was looking to make a decision on a company that provide this type of service today - with money to spend. So kudos to you Mr. Salesman or Owner or whoever you were, because you blew a substantial sale in epic fashion! I think it's important for anyone reading this review to ask yourself a few simple questions... The first being - With only a single other review at the time of writing, was that review even real? Or was it just self promotion from a friend? Second - If a company is willing to call someone derogatory names before they've even taken someones money how are they going to act when a customer has any requests? Will they be annoyed? Hostile? Try to charge you for more time while making you feel guilty for asking questions? Who knows - but it's a risk I'm sure most sensible individuals are not willing to take. And third - For a company that produces video, why don't you have a link to a Youtube channel on your website? Seems a bit silly not to showcase work you've already done. Good thing there are plenty of other options around from people who value good business and are enthusiastic to talk to you about your project. Then they carefully scripted a shoot and coordinated the entire production of the video. They were able to return a finished video within two weeks and it came out really clean. Our video was to focus on our office culture which I think can be hard to capture but they worked their magic. Also we've had very casual filming in the past with one of our employees' camera but when they came with all the intense lighting equipment it made our staff feel very nervous but they were able to ask them questions and calm them down so they could speak. We also had one of the filmed employees who could only fly in to a hotel doe his visit and Anthony was able to get his camera person to come to the hotel and take some shots. We appreciate their hard work in making such a quality video, and would definitely recommend them again.

I work at a non-profit and we wanted some classes to be taped at a college in San Diego. We needed the whole classroom to be heard, we needed a specific group to be heard, and we needed the instructor to be heard, all while following the instructor *and* keeping up with a specific group (and then later switching attention to whole-class discussions). Sonny nailed it. The audio -- the toughest parts of these shoots -- was as good as it gets, and the camerawork was smooth and deliberate. I don't know anything about videography but I have seen a lot of classroom video from a few different videographers (including myself, as I have to tape classes locally in NorCal), and this was by far the best. Plus, they were easy to work with. Good work, guys.
