This was my very first time ever getting a microderm treatment done and it was AMAZING!! Ness walked me through every step and she helped educate me about how certain environments we're in do damage to our skin even if we're not in direct contact with it. She has a firm and yet gentle touch and there was nothing painful or discomforting about the procedure. I used to go to Massage Envy for facials but I'm willing to spend a little extra for someone who truly cares about their clients. I'm definitely coming back here in the future and telling all of my friends to try it out! Mind you, this boutique is new and there are a few hiccups with maintenance but that's something that comes up with updating vintage buildings. She has over a decade in the industry so on top of she being a kind and empathetic person she's extremely knowledgeable about what she's doing. She is great at guiding you in what kind of products you might need but it never feels pushy, in fact she'll only recommend what you need and will tell you to hold off on buying if she thinks you don't need it. Ness and I used to be coworkers elsewhere for several years before she left and came back opened up her own business. Her technique hasn't changed much, still fantastic as she always has been, but she definitely got much nicer machines than at our old work place!!
