It's a vast, flat, beautiful, haunting wilderness filled with an array of plants and wildlife. I love the wooden walkways which go right over the bog itself. Visiting Peatlands feels like an adventure and it's perfect to visit at any time of the year. There's free parking and entry, however this is a massive stretch of land which can be quite deserted in wintertime so for safety always make sure you're with someone.

You can feed them your own bread, got to be fresh. Wash hand basin for cleaning hands available also. Good car park but the farm isnt really very busy. Park beside it is good, again another good sized car park and nice walk upto the park. Lovely place for a picnic in the summer.

Each hole offers its own particular challenge, from water features, dipping hills, and woodland. Play for less than ten pounds most times and go around the course as often as you like!!! A great days golfing to be had in Craigavon for a very reasonable price. Also at this centre, is a flloodlit driving range and a dryski slope (not for the fainthearted), which seems to cater for both the novice and experienced skier. Dungannon leisure centre is a fairly well appointed council run facility with the usual sports…read morehalls, pool and gym. I primarily use the pool and it's well run and clean. Ive always liked the design of the pool, a big airy space with a wall of glass overlooking tree tops and sky. So many other similar places feel poky and claustrophobic (Cookstown pool being a prime example) but Dungannon pool is quite relaxing especially when you have it nearly to yourself over a lunchtime . It's a pity the diving boards were removed - I had so much fun as a kid jumping off the high board and learning to dive from the springboard! Health and safety nonsense no doubt to blame. Point deducted as the changing areas and showers are starting to get tired with a few missing tiles. Overall a great facility to have so close to my workplace.
