You may want to check your insurance coverage though, because the only downside is you cannot see them with TNCare. Even if you do not use them for coverage, if it is showing active at all in their system, you cannot be seen by them, so just be aware. Depending on your insurance plan, they may be expensive but for what you get, it is for sure worth it. I have seen several of the nurse practitioners at their clinic for my sinus issues and they are always very helpful and kind. I also highly recommend NP Ashley Marsh.

The experience of an office visit at this location is beyond my most positive expectations of what health care should look like. Everyone and I mean everyone I encountered who worked in that office was courteous, personable, professional, skilled and knowledgeable! Uncannily so! I had a 10AM appointment and signed in at 9:55. My name was called for my copay at 10 and I was called to head to an examination room at 10:05. After going through triage I was asked about current meds and such by a young lady who met all of my aforementioned description. We ended up having a most pleasant conversation after she admired a bracelet I was wearing and my phone case. She took the web address for the phone case to order one for her dad. The doctor also epitomized the aforementioned description. After thoroughly answering all questions and explaining my treatment he asked if I was an alum of the cap I was wearing. I am not but my son is in his Junior year there. This sparked a conversation about the school's stellar reputation according to his sources and experience and what a fine young man my son must be to have gotten accepted. After the exam, the check out went in a similar fashion. The young lady who got the case website earlier sought me out before I left to thank me for coming in and providing info that she said will make a special Christmas gift for her dad. Everyone in that office that I encountered are my new best friends! This is the type of health care that everyone wants to receive.
