The front desk people and nurses are also super nice, and everyone is very attentive. The reason why there is a long wait sometimes is because the doctors (primarily female doctors, which I like) will come in and sit down and get a holistic idea of what's going on. They ask questions about what's going on in life, what are the issues today, and much more. Everyone I have seen there has been in no rush, and I always feel heard and understood. I conferred with Doctor Fong and will schedule a procedure to ameliorate my extreme pain. I had 2 C-sections (2015 & 2018), was married, and had a family history of diabetes from my father side. I also had a mid-late aged man's drivers license in my chart. I know this because the initial MA I saw physically moved her laptop to face me, so I could see this as she thought it was "funny". 2 other MA's would also come in and out over the course of getting my vitals, manually entering my actual medical history and dismissing me from the appt. It was by far the strangest appointment I've ever had of any kind. As a health center manager, I was quite shocked at what I experienced. If you're looking for quality in the management of your health, I'd keep looking elsewhere.
