Externally, a brand-new entrance was added, the first changes since they opened. Internally, the entire store has been refreshed and rearranged. The flooring was totally redone, probably the first time that was done for this space in decades. The store is located in the Bloomsburg Plaza, a plaza that has undergone numerous changes in the last few years including the addition of a church and a new roof. Big Lots is also far enough away from Walmart that they do surprisingly brisk business. The furniture department is huge and takes up the middle of the store. The rest of the store is dedicated to various basic items, seasonal merchandise, etc. This stores biggest issue is the lack of selection due to how brisk business is. Often, shelf's are emptier at this store compared to the Frackville and Muncy locations. Overall, for certain items, Big Lots isn't a bad option when you don't want to drive to the other side of town for Walmart.

There is something about the BBQ seasoning that makes you come back for more. These chips are only available in certain parts of Central Pennsylvania. After college I moved to Northern Virginia and quickly realized how much I missed these chips. All that said, I'm not as much of a fan of their other chip offerings. I really don't like the sour cream, kettle or salt and vinegar chips.
