For entree I got to sample the arctic trout with crunchy taboulle and apricots, and enjoy the braised organic lamb with alb lentils, chanterelle, and tick beans. Both of these meals were outstanding.
Desert was called Sweet Emotion - hommage grant achatz 2017, rhubarb, strawberry, woodruff. Watching them create this at the table is worth the entire dining experience.
Situated outside the city wall the restaurant is within walking distance of any place inside yet offers a charming and serene atmosphere. We sat on the porch, but there is also a private dining area in the cellar for large groups.
