If there is some aspect of the cleaning that wasn't done well, all I have to do is Email the company and it will be taken care of the next time. The help have always been super nice and trustworthy, and efficient with their jobs. They mainly do dusting and cleaning all surfaces and floors and bathrooms. They don't move clutter around, which is good so I don't wonder where stuff is, so I straighten that stuff up ahead of time. Dishes and laundry are done at an extra charge, so I usually have one set of bed sheets done each time. Now that I'm used to how things are done, it goes very smoothly. It is do nice knowing there is no build up dust happening over places I wouldn't normally do, like tops of picture frames, cobwebs in high corners, etc. Highly recommend.

A broken promise and lies about his ability to help, which is fine, but he gave me a commit that he broke. It's one thing to say you can't do something, but to not respond, and just say no, is the reason for this negative review. There are not many cleaning companies in Pauls Valley, so this review may fall on deaf ears, he may be the only player in town.
