The best Frankfurter quality butchers/party service vie with one another along this cobbled street to attract customers, a plus for us as the standards are thus extremely high. Summer and Winter you can sit outside, protection from the German winter is provided, enjoy a meal and watch the world go by. Several times a year the Freßgass' has a festival, for wine or Advent for example, then it is really lively. Edit: There is a McDonald's there so I suppose Fress Gasse is now the correct term :)
