We visited twice within 7 days during our Christmas holiday vacation, and that alone says…read moreeverything. This restaurant impressed us in every way.
From the moment we walked in, the atmosphere felt warm and inviting. The space has a cozy ski lodge feel with charming Tyrol style design that makes it both rustic and comfortable. It feels refined yet relaxed, perfect after a day in the mountains. When we tried to walk in without a reservation, the hostess was sweet and helpful, making us feel welcome right away. The service throughout the evening was exceptional, welcoming and attentive without ever feeling intrusive.
On our first visit, we ordered the dry aged T bone, and it was hands down the best dry aged steak we have ever had. The flavor was absolutely out of this world, rich, perfectly balanced, and cooked to perfection. Every bite was unforgettable.
The real truffle pasta was beautifully executed with deep, earthy truffle flavor that felt authentic and luxurious. The tartare was equally impressive, fresh, well seasoned, and elegantly presented.
The desserts were simply stunning. Not only were they delicious in flavor, but the plating and presentation were works of art. Each dessert felt thoughtfully crafted, both visually and gastronomically.
This place delivers on every level, atmosphere, service, quality, and presentation. It is rare to find a restaurant that excels so consistently. We would even go back to the Dolomites just to visit this place again. Highly recommended.
