During the…read moreproject, we also agreed to have the units split and fitted with separate water meters based on the plumber's recommendation--it made sense to handle everything at once. Fast forward a little over two years, we turned off the water for the first time during a vacancy, only to discover that one of the units still had running water. That's when we realized the units were never actually separated. When we contacted John from 4H Plumbing about the issue, he refused to return and correct the work. After speaking with other licensed plumbers, we learned that he has never been licensed at all--despite representing himself as such. Unfortunately, we're not the first to be misled. If you're considering hiring 4H Plumbing, we strongly recommend doing your due diligence and proceeding with caution.
