This review reflects my personal experience, firsthand observations, and exclusive knowledge of how my listing was handled by Weichert Realtors Westfield.
My experience with this office was one of the most disorganized and compliance‑problematic real estate interactions I've ever had. The listing was withdrawn from Bright MLS while the listing agreement was still active, creating an inaccurate MLS record that blocked relisting and forced me to escalate the issue outside the brokerage. After the brokerage acknowledged termination in writing, I still received multiple DigiSign packets post‑termination, which created contradictory records and made the situation even worse.
Corporate Legal did not step in to fix the problem instead, they attempted to pressure me into signing confidentiality, non‑disparagement, and settlement agreements after termination had already been issued by their own office. Oversight parties were repeatedly removed from communications, and basic MLS requirements were ignored throughout the process.
Bright MLS Accuracy & Policy and corporate compliance had to be involved because this office could not correct its own documentation or maintain an accurate listing status. Based on my firsthand experience, this branch did not follow MLS rules, did not maintain proper records, and did not handle termination in a competent or professional manner.
Everything stated here is based on documented communications, MLS records, and my exclusive firsthand experience. Sellers deserve to know how their listing may be handled before choosing this office. read more
