1. I was sold buy 2 get 1 free offer last fall. After the third spray they denied selling me this offer. When confronted and quoted the name WILLIAM who i spoke with more than 3 times, they denied having any discussion with me and that they (WILLIAM) called back and confirmed about the free spray. They even denied buy 2 get 1 free offer. Also they don't have anyone called WILLIAM. Shameful.
2. The second weed spray that they did was only done in the front yard, because it was so poorly done I asked for a reapplication which they said would be complimentary but that became a paid spray. NOW, nothing is documented, they are the boss of it.
3. Inconsistent with the costing. The price of the spray changed from what was promised to me. Even paid "higher price" for the spray that i ended up paying but did not buy!
4. EXCUSE FACTORY : POOR customer service, bad application of product and untrustworthy in costing.
5. They schedule appointments 3 days in advance and would even come and spray in the rain (they don't care if it works in the rain or not). They won't reschedule it themselves if it rains because that's not their job! I have to check the weather report which is just 3 days in advance and tell them not to come. Focus is just on selling, not on getting the weed controlled.
They wasted my time, I paid for more than what was contracted and the product definitely didn't work because they either missed 85% of my property (which is an average size house) or sprayed in the rain. read more
