I caught him between jobs and he showed up within fifteen minutes of my call. Sterling spent over forty five minutes looking at our property and getting to know us. His quote was well within the range I had in mind and when he left, my wife and I felt like we'd made a friend in addition to hiring a lawn care professional. We've only been customers for a month, but so far we're very happy with the both the quality of work and timeliness of service we've received.

When it was go time for the project I was unable to get communication from the company. I called three times and each time I was told I would be called back that day. I texted - no reply. I never received a call and it seems I have been dropped like a hot potato. The last phone call I made was a good week ago. They even new that I was under a construction loan and getting the project done was necessary for my construction loan to be turned into a mortgage and interest rates are not on my side. Very disappointed before we ever got started. With their lack of communication and after setting me up to believe they were going to take care of things, I would not recommend this company.
