The work included both labour and materials supplied by my company, and all work was completed in full and in accordance with the agreed scope. Despite completion of the projects and multiple requests for payment, the company has failed to pay outstanding invoices. We have made several attempts to resolve this matter professionally and directly, but payment has still not been received. Based on my experience, We would advise other contractors and companies to ensure strong written agreements and clear payment terms are in place before engaging in work with this company.

Don't fret, if you're not onsite, he's still super responsive and kept me in the loop the whole way. I was also thinking since he was there he might as well snake the kitchen sink and other bathroom too for maintenance (just in case) but he told me it isn't necessary and he even gave me a warranty for those other sinks for a year, going above and beyond. The price is very reasonable too, and he's super accommodating. Joseph was also very timely (if not early) for the scheduled appointment. He's opening up his office in North York, but he does service clients across the city and maybe even St Catherines? (he told me he had some meetings there and was coming from there to fix my slow draining sink). Besides this small job, he told me he does construction projects and can provide a variety of home service quotes too. Another plus is he delivered the receipt promptly afterward. Highly recommend!

I called from Los Angeles to help my parents, and Joseph answered my call; he is the best. So Joseph did a fantastic job with his trusty and multi-talented assistant Dave! My mom loved them both! Victor Jr was the first to respond to my RFQ. He notified…read moreme when he was running late for the appointment instead of just showing up late. These are all positive and very important attributes for initial contact. He seems open minded and willing to listen. His choices of materials and approach were a bit different from what I had in mind. Even though he said he can use whatever material I choose, I tend to select someone who has the same approach as me. It typically works out better and easier to manage. I am also surprised with the lack of feedback online for a business that has been ongoing for 10 years. Since there were a number of responses from my RFQ, I ultimately selected another handyman whom I have seen the work for my project. So I cannot comment on Victor Jr's actual work. I feel that I cannot give a full 5 star with such important unknowns.

Reaching him is almost impossible, because he's done this shady business many times, it seems, so he does not take any calls, respond to texts, or emails, often waiting for a voicemail, and when he realizes it's the people he owes money too, or clients that have issues with him - he's silent, and ghosts. Not a trustworthy contractor, whether it be for other contractors, or us homeowners. I do not recommend doing business with him. Online, can often make people look great but experience and action can say different, that we know can never lie. Hopefully, he can resolve his problems. Also, he does not have a work van - often times relying on you to act as a storage unit for him, and he does constant trips in and out, because of the lack of equipment, unbelievable.
