The staff up front does their very best to move the check in line along, but if everyone shows up at their exact appt time and not a bit early, they have too many people to check in at once. Having been a secretary, in makes sense that they have to enter information from a prior patient into the computer before calling the next patient up to the window. While it may look like they are chatting, people can work and chat at the same time. You don't know what they need to discuss. People posting they don't care about you is befuddling to me. The only time a staff member gave me medical advice rather than make an appointment, I let my dr know and I was asked to tak to HR and she was no longer working there the next time I called. They use the patient portal very well and I am able to keep up with my medica information any time I want to. Couldn't ask for more!! Kathy always gives me as much attention as I need. I never feel rushed and I love that too.

DR.PETRO....the best.....best doctor I've ever had, he cares and really looks at the labs. I just wonder why retired doctor didn't keep me more informed of labs, never discussed them with me like Dr.Petro. The ladies with Dr. Petro are the best, good people... Dr.Joselin Wolfe, OBGYN--I was informed of my blood test being affirmative that I was in fact…read morepregnant by my PCP. Appointment scheduled two weeks out with Dr. Joselin Wolfe. I was only 4 weeks along. We were not trying, it was in fact a surprise. This is my first pregnancy. Started bleeding, but not a lot, it went on for 5 days so I called the office, the nurse right away started saying "miscarriage" I took a home pregnancy test and it confirmed I was no longer pregnant. Dr. wanted me to come in to have some more tests done to look at levels in my blood once again. I went in the next day, had blood taken, was told I would get a call back with the results. To find out if I was still pregnant or not. The day came and went. Next day, noon rolled around, no call. See the Dr leaves everyday at 12:30pm, kind of odd? I called, the nurse said they had been really busy. Understandable however I am putting my entire life on hold not knowing if I am even carrying a baby or not. They didn't seem to even care about that. Once again the nurse started stating "miscarriage again" and that the levels needed in the blood that show if someone is in fact pregnant or not were there but at a very small level. So, she said that the Dr had stated that yes it was a miscarriage. This is all going off of the fact that this Dr. has never even seen me, doesn't know any current or past levels of my blood to go off of. I even went so far to take another home pregnancy test to show that I am in fact still pregnant. I have an appointment set up with another OBGYN in town that I have heard much about being reputable and all, next week. Until then this Dr. Wolfe and her office can fall off the face of the earth for what she has put me and my whole family through. I do NOT reccomend her to anyone!!
